Neer dosa is one of my favourite dosa's.Very famous in karnataka.With very few ingredients required ,it is really easy and quick to make. And goes well with coconut chutney, tomato chutney and non veg dishes also.

Preparation Time: 10 min
Ingredients
Raw Rice: 2 cups (wash and soak for 3-4 hours)
Grated cocunut : 3-4 Tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water
Directions
1. Grind the soaked rice with coconut and water to a smooth
batter.
2. Add salt and 2 cups water. It should be watery than other
regular dosa.
3. Heat a tawa/ griddle. Pour a ladle of batter and tilt the
griddle so that the batter can spread all sides. Cover the griddle and let the
dosa cook for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the dosa transfer to a plate and then fold it to
half after 20-30 seconds.These dosas have to be cooked from only one side.
Best with: coconut chutney, chicken sukka.
